The below breakdown is for the 109-075LST-30 strainer which is a 3/4" threaded T-style strainer with a 30 mesh screen.  This strainer is commonly used with SurePoint Tower Systems.  Part #5 below shows the options of a 16, 30, 50 or 80 mesh screen.
